E' molto famosa nel mondo anche grazie alla classica borsa di Hermès, la quale ha preso il nome di "Kelly", proprio perché lei era solita indossarne una; ne fece un suo tratto distintivo, che anche oggi, è invidiata da tutte le donne del mondo!
